Shipping and Handling


Certain item may require special shipping due to size or weight, or due to being a larger order. Overweight/Oversize packages will be charged by exact weight per going rates from UPS or the U.S. Postal Service. International shipping is calculated by weight and destination, customs charges may be applied per that country's customs (we do not cover customs fees).  We have the right to ship larger/bulk orders UPS insured so if anything were to happen to the package in transit, it is covered.  We do not make any money on shipping, that is how we keep our prices low!

Return Policy


All returns must be pre-authorized by Bridgeport Equipment before returning. If you’re not satisfied with anything you order from us, notify us (within 7 days of receipt), and send it back in brand new condition in original packaging with tags attached, and we’ll promptly exchange the merchandise or refund your payment. If you were sent the wrong product, please contact us within 7 business days so we can take care of it and get you the correct product! After 7 days we can accept a return for a store credit or exchange (of equal value or store credit). After 30 days we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. Refunds may take 24-48 business hours to process. Returns in less than new condition will be refunded accordingly. If the package is received damaged, refuse delivery and call us at 1-800-678-7353. A restocking fee may be charged on returned items. We do not accept exchanges or returns on our products purchased from third party sales. We do not make any money on shipping, and charge exact shipping, that is how we keep our prices low!

*The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, as well as re-shipping fees on exchanges (please double check sizing before ordering, call us, or email with any questions!).
