Designed for assistance dogs when a handle is needed for walking or pulling. Offers moderate stability for the user, but not meant for bracing. Includes a “D” ring to attach a lead, tab, etc., and a fleece padded chest plate with reflectors. Velcro patches on both sides of the harness. Velcro measures 3.5"W x 4"H. Chest plate measures approximately 8.75" across the widest points at the top, and 5.5" from the bottom to the center of the top.
