Call us between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (EST) Monday through Friday. Most orders placed before 12:00 Noon will be shipped the same day. We suggest you fill out your order before calling to enable us to process your order accurately. Please have your credit card available when calling, we do not keep credit cards on file for safety purposes.

You can fax your order any time of day or night and your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours from the time it is received.

No Minimum Order
At Bridgeport K9 Equipment we understand there are times when you need to place a small order. Therefore, we have no minimum order and no additional handling charge for small orders.

Preferred Method of Payment: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER or MONEY ORDER
If you are paying by check, we reserve the right to ship the merchandise after the check clears. Certified checks, money orders or credit cards (preferred method of payment) will ensure immediate delivery of your order. We do not ship C.O.D.

Canada & Countries Outside the U.S.
If you are ordering from Canada or any other country outside the U.S.A., you must pay any and all customs and clearing charges, as well as shipping and your payment, must be made by credit card. Shipping will vary based on order weight and destination. (Note: Catalog prices subject to change without notice.)

Need an Item Not Found in Our Catalog?
We try to offer a varied selection of items in our catalog, but we know you may have a need for something we don't have. Because all of our leather items are specially hand-made, we are able to take some special orders. Please call or write us with your special order. We cannot always guarantee that we can help you, but we try our best. Shipping and Handling
Certain item may require special shipping due to size or weight, or due to being a larger order. Overweight/Oversize packages will be charged by exact weight per going rates from UPS or the U.S. Postal Service. International shipping is calculated by weight and destination, customs charges may be applied per that countries customs (we do not cover customs fees).  We have the right to ship larger/bulk orders UPS insured so if anything were to happen to the package in transit, it is covered.  We do not make any money on shipping, that is how we keep our prices low!

Out of Stock Items
Although we are careful not to run out of stock on any of our merchandise, it happens occasionally due to manufacturers inventories, especially seasonally.  Our website is usually up to date with inventory, but like all technology, we occasionally find inventory errors. To avoid any shortages, especially if the items are gifts, please order early when possible. When placing your order, be sure to include a daytime phone number so we may reach you for another selection or to let you know when you can expect to receive an out of stock item.  If an item is back-ordered there may be additional shipping applied if the order is split over multiple invoices, any questions please call us toll free 800-678-7353!


Return Policy
All returns must be pre-authorized by Bridgeport Equipment before returning. If you’re not satisfied with anything you order from us, notify us, and send it back within 7 days in brand new condition in original packaging with tags attached, and we’ll promptly exchange the merchandise or refund your payment.  Refunds may take 24-48 business hours to process. Returns in less than new condition will be refunded accordingly. If the package is received damaged, refuse delivery and call us at 1-800-678-7353.  A restocking fee may be charged on returned items.  We do not except exchanges or returns on our products purchased from third party sales.  The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees,  as well as re-shipping fees on exchanges (please double check sizing before ordering, call us, or email with any questions!).  We do not make any money on shipping, and charge exact shipping, that is how we keep our prices low!
